Frequently Asked Questions

Please see below for responses to frequently asked questions so you can get a better feel for how our programs are run. We are of course open to any questions you might have and welcome any feedback!

Do you offer any other days than Thursday to Sunday?

For the time being, this is our schedule which coincides with direct flights from Singapore and so provides more opportunity for people to jump over during a long weekend for an exceptional experience.

What is this program about?

Please read through our website and blog, but in short: This is an opportunity to bring some health to your mind, body and soul. It is an opportunity to get more clear about what's truly important to you and how you can live your best life, at a moment when the world seems to be changing so rapidly. To see and feel the natural connections we have been largely ignorant of - with yourself, with others and with nature, and leave with a meaningful plan you want to put into action. In short, we want to help you live a more vibrant and fulfilling life.

What do I need to bring with me?

Just yourself, while being prepared to let go of some of the things you are bringing with you - emotionally and mentally speaking. We hope you will immerse yourself in the experience and allow yourself to benefit fully from our program.

Do I need to be experienced in yoga or meditation or fitness?

No, you do not need to have experience in any areas for this. We will engage in some light yoga and exercise that can be undertaken to whatever extent you are comfortable with. All you need to bring with you is yourself and an open heart and mind.

How many people can join?

We have room for as many as 20 guests to join the program, with some sharing rooms together. There is a per person discount for double accommodations.

Is there drinking and/or smoking allowed during the trip?

Our program is one of awareness, health and wellness, and so we respectfully ask for guests to refrain from engaging with intoxicating or toxifying substances. We will engage with ourselves, each other and nature, seeking mindful insights and new levels of awareness. We appreciate your understanding.

Will there be SCUBA diving?

On some trips that focus on diving, yes, we will have scuba diving, but on most trips we will engage in snorkeling and more shallow forms of underwater appreciation.

Who will be our guides on the trip?

This journey may be a very personal one for our guests and we take this seriously, so Garrett, Gina, Anna and Stefan (when needed), will almost always be together on the journey with you Should there be any substitutions, we will inform you as soon as possible.
